The Alberta Golf Association Foundation, established in 1994,  is focused on supporting students on their path to pursue a post-secondary education. Each year the Foundation awards approximately $75,000 to deserving scholarship applicants.

These scholarships are made possible as a result of the donations received from Alberta Golf Championship competitors, endowments from loyal patrons, supporters of the game of golf and a casino fundraising initiative.
